Constructed from extruded aluminum alloy with epoxy powder coating, it operates at a maximum temperature of 80°C. The filter ensures minimal oil carryover—down to 0.01 mg/m³—and maintains an initial pressure loss of 0.15 kg/cm², with a pressure drop of 0.4 kg/cm² for element changes.

Compliant with the Health Technical Memorandum 2022, it includes a differential pressure gauge for easy filter replacement and a sterilizable drain flask for capturing biological fluids, making it ideal for critical medical applications.

The Bacteria Vacuum Filter boasts a particle removal efficiency of 99.995% for particles as small as 0.3 micron and a penetration rate to BS 3928 of <0.005%. It operates at a maximum temperature of 80°C (176°F) with a pressure loss of 30 mbar for clean elements and 100 mbar when changed. Constructed from extruded aluminum alloy with external epoxy powder coating and internal anodizing, it includes a hand shut-off valve and a sterilizable 100 ml drain flask, supporting full vacuum operation.
